1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers must place a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving their order.

  • Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
  • Refund will be rejected if the returned product is found to be used or the tag is missing. 
  • A return handling charges will be applied for refund of Rs. 299.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags intact.

  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery will not be accepted.

  • Only exchange will be applicable on order purchase on sale/offer.
  • Only one time exchange is allowed.

2. Store Credit Only

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit that can be used for future purchases.

3. Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at support@shaukins.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable).

  • Once approved, you will receive further instructions on shipping the product back.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

  • Store credit will be issued after the returned item passes the quality check.
